Suspicious Circumstance today 9-2 between 1300 and 1330 two subjects were observed on Acacia and Pajaro. Both are Mexican males buzz cut hair in the mid 20s. Subject one all black cloths with black back back coming from Main on Acacia stopping at white Mercedes. Subject two all black cloths black hoodie up with black back pack coming from Hawthorne on Pajaro walked to the Mercedes and met Subject one. They gave one another high fives and seemed very happy. They started taking stuff out of the back packs and got in the Mercedes giving more high fives inside the car. They were laughing. Subject two was the passenger. He lowered the seat to be barley visible. When they pulled up to an intersection they rolled down the window and the passenger started giving gang signs and yelling to a car next to them. They then left the area. The Salinas PD was notified. Do you know of a crime that has taken place on Acacia, Hawthorne, or Pajaro?
