Suzanne Kierans, Saidhbhin Gorham, Samantha Connolly, Tiggy Towers, Stephanie Winters, Kieran Parker, Keith Mooney and Niall OReilly, hello good people! Is anyone else super exited for the showcase!? I cant wait, were gonna be just as tight as the third and fourth year groups! If not a little tighter :P The rehearsal space is booked for 5:30 on Monday in Blackrock. All it has is a drum kit and PA, so well need to bring our own amps and instruments, and vocalists if ye have microphones and mic leads bring them or try get your hands on one each. I have two mic stands to bring and Cathal has kindly loaned us his piano and amp. So, for Everybody Dance, we need to focus on keeping rhythm and tempo, being tight in entering and exiting the different sections, creating greater dynamic difference between sections for greater impact and then the voice and guitar solo section and the fade out. For Mother We share, we need to mainly focus on different dynamic levels for greater impact and getting the different sections tighter when we enter and exit. lets grooooove! x
