Swansea boss Garry Monk is set to make changes after defeat at Hull last week. Nathan Dyer, Pablo Hernadez and Jose Canas are amongst those pushing for starts, with Kyle Bartley (hamstring) the Swans only absentee. Chelsea duo John Terry and Eden Hazard are considered major doubts with respective foot and calf injuries. In-form Mohamad Salah looks set to be recalled, having been ineligible in the Champions League, while Ramires is back after a three-match ban. Chelsea will take to the field at Swansea knowing the outcome of the Liverpool and Manchester City game. An Anfield draw would give Chelsea the opportunity to go level on points with Liverpool and four clear of Manchester City, though Mourinho would, of course, be quick to point out that City still have two games in hand.
