#SweatADay Day 22: hanging leg lifts (4 ways) Middle: straight dead hang leg lifts Top left: full pull up hold leg lifts Bottom left: pull ups with leg lifts Top right: mid pull up hold leg lifts (find that mid point between your top and bottom and hold it. My bar is short so it forces me to do L holds with each one so my legs cant be straight down, but I find it works my core more. Big calorie burn day. Taught spin and did several sets of weighted jump rope, my newest fitness toy.
