Me: I have a question about my account. Heres my ID number. For some reason, I couldnt log on using it. Swedbank: OK, and whats your ID number? Me: Here it is again. Swedbank: OK you dont have a telephone banking contract. Me: I know. Ive had that problem before, even though I have a Mobile ID for Swedbank, and thats how I called you, while I was already logged on via my telephone. Swedbank: OK I can still help you. Me: Thank you. Swedbank: Youre welcome. How can I help you? Me: I want to know how to conclude a telephone banking contract. Swedbank: OK, and do you have an account in our bank? I wont say what bank this was, but it was Swedbank.
