We may assume the sweet potato casserole is a healthier option. After all, it has sweet potatoes in it. But, in reality, this is negated by the other ingredients. The VERDICT: As tasty as it is, Im going to pass. One cup of sweet potato contains 180 calories versus one cup of sweet potato casserole containing 520 calories.
