Sweet little Philpot has been spending some time with me in my home but I am OVER CAPACITY and unfortunately he is currently being kept in a small bathroom with no windows. Not a play for this sweet little boy to be. HE REALLY NEED A FOSTER if not FUREVER HOME... Do you live in northern VA and can offer just a small room and a little love... you wont regret it with this handsome fella. He is sweet and loving and tidy and front paw de-clawed.
