Sweet n Sour Chicken Tramezzinis : 1/2 kg chicken fillet cubed 2tsp ginger garlic masala (red) 1tsp aromat 1tsp chicken spice 1/2tsp pepper 1/2tsp garlic flakes Lemon juice 2T butter Cook till dry. Then add 1 medium roughly chopped onion, 2 medium grated carrots, 1/2 green pepper and 1 chopped tomato. Cook till tomato is done and onion is soft. Can add the carrots last so it retains the crunch. Add 3T mayonnaise and 3T sweet chillie sauce (wellingtons) Cook again so its not soggy. Now chop 1 small pineapple and 1/3 cucumber and add to above mixture. (If u freezing omit the cucumber). Taste salt and chillies. Fill into pita pockets. Can freeze. Serve @ room temp or toast and serve. Pita: 3 cups flour 1tsp salt 1 yeast 2T sugar 1/4cup oil 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup boiling water 1 lightly beaten egg Make a soft dough. Prove, punch down. roll out and cut with a cutter for mini sizes or make balls and roll pitas. Allow to rise for abt 10mins. Toast on tawa and puff under a grill in the oven. Slit open and fillTremazzines: (jalepeno steak) 1 kg steak cooked with: 3 onions (chopped in magi mix) 1 cup ground tomato 1/2tsp arad 1 tsp dhana jeeroo Salt Lemon juice Red masala to taste 1 tsp garam masala Extra ginger garlic Cook until done. In frying pan: Stirfry, 2 finely chopped onions,1 tomato, 1/4 each red green and yellow peppers in butter. Add to steak. Add 3T tomato sauce, 3T mustard sauce. 3T steers peri peri, lotsa fresh chopped dhania. Mix well adjust salt. Mix 1/4 cup mayo with 1/4 cup green chutney. Pour into plastic packet and snip a corner as u would for choc. Open up the pitas. Drizzle sauce, fill generously with steak, cut slices of cheese and place over steak, then place a slice of jalapeno over cheese. Freeze. When using, brush with butter and toast as u would a sandwich
