Switching it up today for #humpday with @tampasportsacademy ..We did reactive and explosive training today focusing on the glutes. The two exercises show are plyo box jumps and tire flips. I learned today( from my amazing coach ) how to effectively incorporate the posterior chain in this workout. You have to dig through your heels and thrust your hips at the top while keeping your core engaged and back from rounding. I was definitely feeling it Although it was pretty much torture, its one of my new favorite exercises... Right up there with kettle bell swings lol This type of training is more advanced, so Ill be posting a glute specific exercise from @luna_brown today on @bikinibossfitness which is good for beginner- advanced. #bikinibosschicks #humpday @powerhousegymtampa
