Swolest dude in the gym gave me some tips today. I just asked if he power-lifts, said just the last 5 years he has. Said control the movement & its not about how much weight you put up, its bout mind/muscle connection. How you contract the muscle your exercising. Couldnt agree more. Dudes arms were bigger than my thighs. Also anyone can lift up a weight but how you contract the muscle is entirely different. #gymtips
