Sylvania Township police are investigating a head on crash that left a local man with serious injuries. It happened Monday on Sylvania near Holland Sylvania around 11am. Police say the 19 year old driver of the gray Avenger jumped the median and hit the red Honda head on. The driver of the Honda was headed to work. These photos were taken by his co-worker.
