Synopsis of juicing January: First few days it was rough to swallow but the daily 1-2 lbs weight loss kept me going. By the end of the first week, I actually liked the drinks and was not craving caffeine or sweets, yay!! 15 lbs whoo hoo!!! The next 15 days we had a few social occasions that required eating and a little trauma that required some crunching but it was keep below one meal a day and snacking to an excess of almonds only then juicing. Sadly no additional weight was lost by myself or my husband whom was on the exact same weight loss and juicing as myself. Yesterday February 1, Food February, Fitness February, Fashion February, we ate, healthy, clean, and this morning both lost weight? Conclusion: Great jump start, detox, reboot (as our inspiration calls it, Joe Cross) but as the examples on his website gives for 3, 5, 10, 15 days might be what it should be done for and then be wise about eating and dont let yourself regress in all that you have learn and have gained(lost). If you are stuck at a weight more then you want, tired, or not as healthy as you should be I defiantly suggest you give it a try. I will reboot periodically I plan.
