System One has partnered with American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) Distribution Center in Warrendale, PA and hiring for immediate openings. The anticipated length of the assignment is until mid-December 2014 with potential to be extended until May 2015. We are hiring for three shifts: Day Hours: Monday- Thursday 5am-3:30pm Evening Hours: Monday -Thursday 4pm-2:30am Weekend Hours: Friday - Sunday 6:00am - 6:30pm Overtime is available. The Merchandise Processor performs all aspects of merchandise processing to include loading/unloading, unpacking/packing, ticketing, distributing, counting, and filling orders. Responsibilities: - Load/unload cartons, separate orders onto pallets, stage cartons, operate RF scanners and/or voice recognition equipment, locate merchandise, and put cartons onto the unpacking line. - Unpack merchandise from cartons and separate by color, size, and style. - Count, record, and verify quantities of merchandise for orders. - Ticket merchandise. - Distribute merchandise and fill orders. - Make boxes. - Maintain a safe and clean work environment. - Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: - Able to lift up to 50 lbs, including overhead. - Pushing up to 50 lbs. - Carrying up to 50 lbs. - Gripping up to 35 lbs. - Continuous standing/walking/bending/stooping/reaching. - Climbing up to 60 steps. - Able to work at platform heights up to 30 feet. Qualifications: - High School education or equivalent - Must be adaptable to change and able to work within different departments - Ability to perform basic math skills accurately (addition, subtraction, and multiplication). - Must be able to fill out paperwork and forms neatly and accurately. - Must be able to meet strict attendance requirements. - Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
