Syukur Alhamdullilah! The past 2 years Ive choose but yet to decide building a strong organization over here in Malaysia! I tried many times and I must say, I can recruit but its tough to retain them. After a hard conversation I had with our great super life coach in March 2014, I DECIDE! I need to grow my organization more globally and I need to stay FOCUS! And yes, in April I stayed focus! I went up KL itself 3 times and spent few days each times....build so much relationships and bonding...and Alhamdullilah, for closing in April, I had total of 4 Managers and 1 Senior Manager with quite a high volume...and PS Faizal too has open up a new frontline from KL! This is the result of FOCUS with no excuses! Though its hard coz we have to exchange our time with loved ones and be here far away to build...but at the end of the day...I am Happy coz we here keep on paying it forward! And like I says...I will not stop till its completed! Thank you my dear leaders in Malaysia....lets stay more focus in May and keep on building! Love all of you!!!!
