You only have to shoulder GOVERNMENT fees and other professional allied FEES that may be incurred and also with the PRODUCTION of PLANS and other DOCUMENTS needed for building permit. We are a group of Taclobanon Architects who are in Manila now. As a native Taclobanon this is our little way to help rebuild our place we call home. We can transact online for the meantime till we go back to Tacloban. Production of plans will be much easier here in Manila due to the availability of electricity. Priority will be given to those with less capacity to hire an Architect but we will try to accommodate as much as we can. No politics just for humanitarian reason.
