TAG SOMEONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO TRY THIS WORKOUT - 21, 15, 9 Reps for Time Sit-ups Russian Kettlebell Swings Box jumps - Remember to keep your core tight on all movements. When doing KB swings keep your chest up and bend at the knees when receiving the weight. Thrust your hips forward to propel the KB while squeezing your Glutes at the top of your swing. Extend your hips forward at the top of your Box Jump. You may jump or step down. I stepped down in this video to conserve energy and lessen the impact on my knees. - POST TIMES BELOW
