TAG YOUR WORKOUT BUDDIE‼️‼️ People always wonder, does she workout to tone, to lose weight or to maintain. My answer has always been, depends. Im human, I fluctuate weight too. Its impossible to remain ripped 365 days a year. Love your body the way it is but always aim to improve. The secret to obtaining your fitness goals is knowing what you want. Find out what your goal is and work for it!! If you want to lose weight, Im a firm believer in incorporating cardio into your journey. Whether you run around your block, jump rope, do crossfit, or HIIT workouts; you must push yourself to get your heart racing and burn calories. I always do a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio with #gelv on everyday and in addition I do one of my workout videos: I do booty 3 times a week because usually my booty workouts incorporate all body parts, arms once a week, and abs once a week. These abdominal exercises were part of my routine this week. The secret in them is to always keep your core tight. Tighten up your abs, suck in your belly and do 4 sets of 25 each.
