TAKE OWNERSHIP. People want to lay down and play victim. They want to blame their mom, their dad, their teacher, their neighbor, the President, their Pastor, society, religion, education, social media, the movies, video games, their kids, the justice system--the list goes on and on. Take ownership of who and what you are and where you are. Stop blaming everyone and everything for your pitfalls, your hardships, your mistakes, your empty pockets and your losses. If you have to crawl under your covers and cry yourself to sleep at night just to make it another day, do it. But, dont wake up and contribute to the movement that feels entitled to everything without all of the work and with all of the rewards. It doesnt work that way. Some of the most successful people endured some of the worst circumstances. It wasnt handed to them on a silver platter with a one-way ticket out of this is hard into smooth sailing from here on out. It was earned. *steps off soapbox* Carry on.
