TALENTS PLUS ETT is seeking an individual for the position of: 2G NPM Engineer for Ericsson network (Ref. : ETT-1114R03EEN). Basic functions: 1.) KPI Monitoring and Improvement for Clusters by Maintaining RTB, QDA & QDR. 2.) Poor KPI Analysis and recommendations for Parameter changes 3.) 2G New Site Initial Tuning and Optimization. 4.) Parameter Verification, Neigh Analysis of Sites 5.) Parameter changes in WINFIOL and CNA Tool, Alarm Verification and Reporting to customer for Rectification. 6.) DT team Coordination for smooth Drive Test 7.) Preparing CRF and getting approval from Customer and implementing the same through CR Team 8.) BSS Dump processing through NEPA & IPAT Tool, Parameter Audit using Market lead tool and IPAT 9.) Accessibility & Retainability KPI analysis & optimization based on BO, ENIQ, ITK ,TMC database, WNCS. 10.) Performing periodic Consistency checks and audit’s on the Parameters to make sure they are aligned with the design and agreed strategies. 11.) Monitor Daily and Hourly Statistics to figure out the cells that are performing bad and in turn that are contributing towards the KPI’s degradation. 12.) Doing in-depth analysis on the worst performing cells to find the root cause of the problem and to propose and make changes physically or Parameter level for getting those cells to perform back normally. 13.) Performed in-depth analysis in how to detect and solve specific network problems such as pilot pollution, missing neighbors, overshooting cells, IRAT locations, etc. 14.) Hardware fault identification using alarm report & arranging for subsequent rectification. 15.) Maintaining Daily network KPI’s like SD drop, TCH drop, CSSR, HOSR, SD Blocking, SD congestion , TCH Blocking and TCH congestion by tuning BSS parameters. 16.) Preparing TRX Addition requirement depending upon SD and TCH Congestion. 17.) To check Hardware related issue in sites and informing the same to BSS Engg. to rectify. 18.) Coordination with Drive test Engg. To resolve coverage and Customer complains. 19.) LAC & BSC Planning with Boundary.
