TALES OF TWO GOMINAS: Whereas the Anambra State Executive Governor, Dr Willie Obiano gave one bag of rice to each civil servant on the state government payroll for sallah, with a promise to increase their salary in the not too distant future. My Gomina Gabriel Suswan slashed 15% off the salary of Benue workers who have not even seen June allawee before you talk of July. According to the self styled Mr Infrastructure there is need for civil servants to tighten their belt bacause these are challenging times for government. Primary school teachers has been on strike for over one year due to non payment of minimum wage and my Gomina has not paid teachers for over one year. Tomorrow as civil servants return to work after the 2 days public holiday for sallah, Benue civil servants shall kontunu with an indefinite public holiday in DEFIANCE to the jaguda policies of Governor Gabriel Suswan. I hope the proposed workers strike will not last until the 29th of May, 2015 when Suswan shall be constitutionally kicked out of his LOOTING post to retirement in his village in Logo? Forget that dream of retiring to the Senate. If Suswan retires to the senate, I shall renounce my citizenship of Benue state. We shall see.
