The Missouri man was sentenced to 13 years behind bars and awaited the day hed have to surrender to serve his time. But due to a clerical error, that day never came. So Anderson started a family, opened a business, even coached youth football and joined a church group. But as his prison sentence neared its end, authorities realized Anderson never went to jail.
