Sunday, April 27, 2014 @ 1:00 pm Free Family Concert by the United Nations Association International Choir - The UNAIC, conducted by Dr. Eric Esparza, is comprised of singers from a variety of cultural, racial, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds who live and work in the Houston area. The choir has over 100 members, representing over 30 nations, who speak more than 15 different languages, with ages ranging from 16 years old to 80 years young. The UNAIC is the only United Nations Association choir in the country. Described by Houston Mayor Annise D. Parker as Houston’s “singing global ambassadors.” The UNAIC performs international choral works in their unique style and languages.
