TEMPORARY LANE CLOSURES ON NORTH AND SOUTH BOUND SR 91/JEFFERSON STREET WHEN: Approximately 9:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. starting Monday, October 28, 2013 until Thursday, October 31, 2013. WHERE: Right lanes of both north and south bound Jefferson Street (SR 91). WHAT: Weather permitting, the right lanes of both the north and south bound directions of Jefferson Street (SR 91) will be closed from 9:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. beginning Monday, October 28, 2013 until Thursday, October 31, 2013 to install a temporary traffic signal at the intersection of Jefferson Street and exit ramp 5A. Lanes will be reopened at approximately 3:30 p.m. each day until approximately 9:00 a.m. the following day. The Jefferson Street interchange construction has a project completion date of December 2015. Motorists are advised to use caution, reduce speed and be alert to changing traffic conditions in work zones.
