TENDERING PROCESSES A BLACK HOLE!! Its common knowledge today that the tendering processes of government contract has for a long time been at most times, compromised by nepotism and bribery. Political horse trading and power plays have utilized the huge money available in the ever increasing development budgets by awarding contracts to shadow companies owned by themselves and cohorts to secure their fraternity. The black hole grows bigger and its appetite swells in proportion to any any budget. Any Forecasts, aspirations and economic potential becomes a flinching dream!! Is there a Political Party that has integrity to address this on the floor of parliament come February Session!! PAPUA NEW GUINEA IS IN DIRE NEED OF A NATIONAL PARTY BRAND LEADERSHIP COME 2017!!
