TEST WEEK!!! 3 DAYS to GO.. - 8L Water - Lowering Sodium - Decrease Protein - Increase Carbs level 1 - 20mins Cardio, 1x Workout Here is a photo(taken this morning, no workout yet) after 3 Days Water Loading.. Observation : * Muscles look fuller - I just had to move, swinging my arms around like a warm up and BooM!! Veins! * After 7hrs sleep, my body experienced a dehydration(mainly from skin) effect * I feel excellent and look tighter Today will be my final workout for the second part of the week. Hopefully the results will be as good as the first 3 days and Ill get even more shrink wrapped. I shall increase my cardio to 20mins today. After that all the carbs I begin to consume shall be stored into my muscles for the next 2 Days - The desired effect is to be even more PUMPED than this! This test is going very well! :D CK out.. PS To Be REAL!! Im on 7x small meals a day. Pooping ONCE a day, it seems poop is not overly affected by all this hydration! Ha Ha Ha! PPS From this point is the final 3days of Water Loading TEST. Looking for muscle fullness as well definition for GAME Day. The 3 week lean program will commence once this test is over.. Its time to get CUT BABY YEAH!!! Great Thumping Thursday to all!!
