Dear Rawson Homes, Manon and I would like to personally thank your staff for taking us through a very exciting journey in building our new home. Our journey started early last year when we first visited Rawson Homes display home in Canberra. After meeting Mal, we were so impressed that we started thinking about how we could manage having our new home built by Rawson. From the very first tender meeting with Troy we were treated with respect and not just told what to build. Every aspect of Rawson Homes is professional and quality is standard in every step. The office staff are very organised, from the first point of contact with Amy to Fran who guided Manon and I through selection process with ease, the “tradies” are exceptionally friendly also and of course the management team are both knowledge and organised. Any concerns we had were welcomed by Phil and all queries were dealt with promptly. Their vast experience, contacts and problem solving abilities ensured a seamless build. I never forgot the quote Fran told us during a meeting “Building a house can be as stressful as you make it” We took this advise on-board and I’m so glad we did. Manon and I built up a close relationship with our site supervisor Phil. His professionalism, attention to detail, relaxed approachable easy going manner helped us achieve our goal of building our first family home. Phil would call us every Friday with the next weeks work progress. It really helped us to feel confident and comfortable about how things were going to proceed. There were a few hiccups but it was how it was handled that impressed us – with honesty and professionalism. We have no hesitation in recommending Rawson Homes to friends and colleagues. In fact one of my work colleagues, Casey, is starting to build at Googong very shortly. We would like to thank you once again for such a wonderful and relatively stress-free building experience.
