TESTIMONIAL TUESDAY - FROM OUR CUSTOMERS This is part THREE of a very special TWO page testimonial we want to share: Bill is a hard worker and was careful in his functions. He neatly applied the plumbing tape around the threads of the ends of the pipes. When he was soldering, he was sure not to drip, he quickly smoothed the slight excess and never lost any drips and just in case, he was careful to have something under where he was working to protect the floor. When he came upstairs to install the digital thermostats, he explained what he’d be doing, was precise and used a level to make sure they were straight, explained their operation and went through the steps patiently for each one he installed. Even when my 13 year-old son asked questions about the thermometer, he fully and respectfully interacted with my son and took the time to explain the answer to his question. He explained to my husband and me about carbon monoxide detectors and the importance of the battery back up in case of power outage.
