*****TESTIMONY ***** Its my BRITHDAY and I am beyond BLESS!!! For the first time in my life I have master the giant which had me in the mindset that I was going to always bet his way (my weight ). The picture on the left was taken in 2011on my bday at my highest 398 and this was taking this weekend maintaining 318!!! I have lost ton of inches and a total of 79 pds. Wearing a size 26-28 to this weekend dress 18-20!!!! I have gain more condfidence, finally able to wear contact lenses. Have reduce Back pain Knee pain Headache Sleep apnea is is basically gone Blood pressure level are wonderful Regular cycles A lot of energy The pressure level behind my eyes has reduce alot I have over ten people that has watch my story and made the choice to join this wonderful group. The best part is that my husband had join me and lost a total of 20 pds exercises and encourage me to continue to strive toward my goal!!! I love how I feel, how my skin has clear you and how Im able to impact the lives of others by just being a living example!!! I have also gain some amazing sister that encourage me, love me and always find ways to brighten up my day!!! Yall I couldnt ask for a better BRITHDAY gift then this!!! Just to gain my health back and actually putting in the work to be a better me!!! I promise myself that I will no longer be the hindrance of a brighter future. Newbies stick with it and I promise you it will work. Doctors has put me on some many diet since elementary/middle school and I also was a perfect candidate for the gastric bypass surgery!!! Itz nothing like praying and asking God to lead you into the right direction....Im thankful for GSC fam and JJ Smith!! Love yall
