TFT: I don’t know about you, but I get anxious and impatient quickly. I like fast decisions and when a decision is made, I don’t want to take forever moving on it. My mind is simply wired that way. I think it’s good to be a quick thinker, but the problem with quick thinkers is that they sometimes forget about the human factor; other people. No matter what we do, people are always involved; now the question is do we want them committed or simply compliant? We have the power to determine this by the way we treat others…
