TGIF FB Fam..You are not going to die, you are just in a storm right now and Jesus controls them too. And suddenly a great tempest arose on the sea, so that the boat was covered with the waves. But He was asleep. Then His disciples came to Him and awoke Him, saying, “Lord, save us! We are perishing!” But He said to them, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm.Matthew 8:24-26 And a great windstorm arose, and the waves beat into the boat, so that it was already filling. But He was in the stern, asleep on a pillow. And they awoke Him and said to Him, “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?” Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm. But He said to them, “Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?” And they feared exceedingly, and said to one another, “Who can this be, that even the wind and the sea obey Him!” Mark 4:37-41 This is more for me than it is for you, I think. We all must go through storms in life. The storm Im in right now, the devil has used to make me feel that, its over, I wont come out of this one. However, Ill believe the report of the Lord. This storm is merely a test and if I perish in it God is a liar. He has revealed to me that He wants to use me, that Ill reach many for His glory, and that I will touch the nations and I cant do these things if this storm swallows me up. So I will abide under the shadow of His wings and I know that this too shall pass. Im jus sayin.....Luv me.
