I just did a conference call with my cousins husband who owns a marketing company in San Francisco. He is doing research on over 100 companies, with a primary focus in how their sales force markets their product. He said, I have interviewed over 100 companies, and Mary Kay is the FIRST company where the sales force are actually focused on helping each other. I replied, In order to understand the success of Mary Kay, you have to understand our culture. CEO David Holl once said, Culture eats strategy for breakfast. We are number one, and we will always be number one, because our CULTURE is that of love, support, encouragement, and freedom. Just like founders envisioned for the United States of America. Just like God envisioned for His people. There are moral absolute truths, and LOVE is the greatest power, and you cannot have freedom without love. Thank God for Mary Kay.
