THANK YOU SENATOR SULLIVAN!! Earlier this week I filed my first amendment as a U.S. Senator -- to disarm the EPA. Over the last several years, the EPA’s criminal enforcement arm has engaged in reckless and intrusive practices – including the 2013 raid of placer miners in Chicken, Alaska. As I told Alaskans over the past year – the EPA’s out of control policies must be reined in, and this amendment is a common sense first step in the right direction.
