THANK YOU SO MUCH TO MY WONDERFUL CHILDREN! It has been a lovely mothers day so far...though tinged with sadness for my daughter Leila and remembering my wee baby grandson-11 months yesterday since his sad birth! I have been well and truly spoiled as always...From my son Callum and Emma, I had a lovely card. From my daughter Carly and Dave a lovely card Carly designed herself with 3 of my photos and a new lipstick and from my other children-Leila took me for a lovely dinner at the Inn at Muddiford-We went on the off chance, as we hadnt booked a table (For Leila, in memory of baby Jacob, I gave her a framed cross stich I had sewn of the forget-me-not fairy with Jacobs birth details and Mondays child is fair of face on it, along with some other wee gifts)...We were given table number 14...which reminded me of my mum-Rosemary,who died 14th April 1989...Behind Leila, on the wall, was a clock with forget-me-not flowers on it. I was given a rose tied with a red ribbon, which I put on baby Jacobs grave afterwards.We had a lovely roast pork meal with all the trimmings and I indulged with a sticky toffee pudding for dessert with butterscotch sauce, while Leila had profiteroles...It really was delicious and Ill be full up for a week now at least lol...Ebony gave me a lovely birdcage tealight holder, with some rose wine, thorntons chocolates and 100 MUM music hits-cant wait to listen to them. Dale gave me a bottle of diet coke and a cadburys dairymilk chocolate bar, Dylan gave me a cadburys turkish delight chocolate bar, Elliott gave me a box of chocolate fingers, Ruth gave me a bag of malteesers and Oliver gave me a greeting and a hug...Love you all so much...xxx
