As Macklemore brings shine on the region made famous by Sir Mix-A-Lot, more and more talent is being mined out. One of those diamonds is an artist by the name of TOPE, who unlike Mack and Mix, doesn’t rep Seattle, but Portland. I’ve been following dude for a few years and he makes a name for himself. I recently chopped it up with him in the latest installment of The Whole 9 to talk about his next release BROKEBOYSYNDROME, which drops today, as well his city, whether he would want to sign with a major, if we can expect another TxE project in the future, and dream collaborations.
