THE 2014 BAR EXAMINATIONS IN POLITICAL LAW YESTERDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2014 Words are not enough to express how happy I am as a result of the Bar Examination Questions given in Political Law yesterday. UC examinees as well as CPRS Examinees, hundreds of them, texted and called me expressing their gratitude by claiming that I am the examiner in Political law. All the things I told them to be ready of for yesterdays exams came out! The operative fact doctrine in connection with the DAP case, executive impoundment, overbreadth doctrine in connection with the online libel law which states that that those who share, like or comment on a libelous article in the internet are not liable for Libel, inquiries in aid of legislation, separation of powers, the Dinagat Islands to be a province case---2,000 square kilometers as area...self-incrimination, eminent domain, miranda rights, fiscal autonomy, constituent power, freedom of expression, press freedom, impeachment, and others... Good luck to all of you in your remaining subjects to take...
