THE AMAZING CHRISTMAS STORY ON TV ... ... absolutely true ... was shared this morning on NBC TODAY SHOW, Kathie Lee/Hoda Hour. DAVID ESPINOZA and his WIFE TONI live in McAllen, Texas ... all the way to the bottom of the state ... on the Mexican border. David had just been given a TERRIBLE MEDICAL REPORT. His HEART was operating at only 10 PERCENT capacity. He picks it up from there. DAVID: “Doctors said if I didn’t have a HEART TRANSPLANT, as soon as possible, I was going to DIE. But at the DeBakey Heart Institute up in Houston, they said we might have to wait NINE MONTHS to find a donor. My dear wife TONI RALLIED the family to PRAY. Toni prayed and prayed. But, something DIDN’T SEEM RIGHT to her ... praying for SOMEONE TO DIE, in order for her husband to live. So ... she began praying for my COMPLETE HEALING. And, on top of that, she asked God to give her A SIGN that her prayer was going to be answered ... by MAKING IT SNOW in our city of McAllen, Texas ... on Christmas Day. When Toni told that to our friend Crawford, he said, ‘Toni, you’ve lived here all your life. Have you ever seen snow?’ She said ‘No.’ Crawford went on ... ‘It hasn’t snowed in McAllen in 109 years... and NEVER ON CHRISTMAS!’ But ... my dear wife remained RESOLVED. At 11:45pm on Christmas Eve the CONFIRMATION PART of Toni’s prayer was answered! It began to SNOW! She ran outside ... her hair quickly became speckled with snow. Toni looked up ... and all she could say was, “THANK YOU, thank you!” She just KNEW my heart was going to be healed. The next day, kids of McAllen made snowmen, and the NEWSPAPER headline said: “FIRST WHITE CHRISTMAS EVER.” NOBODY knew ... that Toni’s prayer had something to do with it! Three weeks later, we went back to DeBakey Heart Institute for a regularly scheduled appointment. The doctor LOOKED AT MY CHART and said, ‘David, I can’t explain this. You’re going to be around for a long time.’” •••• That was ten years ago tomorrow, Christmas Eve. David Espinoza’s heart is still operating well, and he FEELS WONDERFUL.
