He was later on joined by Alamieyesiegha, after a highwire political drama by the pardoned Ex-Convict. Now who does not know that the only place in the history of mankind where an individual loans money to a failed state due to insolvency in Africa belongs to the most powerful warrior from DRC and his people from Patrice Lumumbas kraal? It will be recalled that conservative estimates puts it that Mobutu Sese Seko looted his country to the tune of $15 billion and was reported to have loaned the country several times when the government was broke and has no where to turn to. One can only hope that this hoopla from the Lucky kleptoparasite was localized only to Edo state during his dull, lifeless, dreary and uninspiring bland tour of duty?
