THE BIG ONE ZIP LINING NOVEMBERS BOOT CAMP CHALLENGES (1) The group run contest Grand prize “ Zip lining” You will be assigned a group to compete with for the grand prize. You will have the first 10 minutes of the session to run, jog or power walk to accumulate as much distance for your group. This will be your warm up. As a team you will assign one person and a backup person to tally your distances for the next 9 sessions. During the push up contest the teams had less chance to win if one of their team mates missed a session therefore if you need to miss camp you will still have the opportunity to contribute to your team. How? You may do your 10 min run, jog or power walk on your own.This give your group a better chance to win the big prize. (2. Second place wins an A Strong You t-shirt (3) Bring a friend to camp for a free week. If they sign up you get a free T (4) Refrain from all sugar and simple carbohydrateS for the month on November excluding Thanksgiving day. (5) If 3 of your friends sign up you get a free boot camp. (6) Attend all 12 sessions of camp and be entered into a drawing for a free boot camp. (7) Invite 10 or more of your friends to boot camp via email, every week and copy me on the invitation and you will be but into a drawing for a free boot camp (8) Healthy recipe contest.
