THE DOCTRINES OF SALVATION Part 1 1. In JUSTIFICATION The Sinner Stands Before God GUILTY And Is Declared INNOCENT. Therefore being JUSTIFIED by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: Romans 5:1 2. In REDEMPTION The Sinner Stands Before God As a SLAVE Of Sin And Becomes A SERVANT Of God. But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. Romans 6:22 3. In RECONCILIATION The Sinner Stands Before God As A ENEMY And Is Made A FRIEND. For if we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. Romans 5:10 4. In ADOPTION The Sinner Stands Before God As A STRANGER And Is Declared A SON. For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. Romans 8:15 5. In REGENERATION The Sinner Stands Before God A NATURAL Born Child Of MAN And Becomes A SPIRITUAL Born Child Of GOD. Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of REGENERATION, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Titus 3:5
