THE EAGLE HAS LANDED:) ... After so much teasing that Romeo dropped lots of weight and lost his sense of humour, Fleur has finally cycled in with a vengeance, thanks to the prostaglandins. This first service took place within 5 minutes of teasing then letting them run together. A big relief as Romeo had been showing intense frustration with every No but when given a decent Yes he was his usual sweet self :) Once Fleur realised what the game was she wanted to play constantly and put her magnificent standy trot to work in hot pursuit of Romeo, who was last seen trying to hide from her in the far corner of the paddock. Suffice to say he is a let me have a smoke and a beer, willya luv?! kind of guy:) Second service was achieved half an hour later and Fleur stood perfectly, without the preliminary kick. All should proceed smoothly now until Fleur cycles out, heads home, and we wait for the first scan result:)
