THE FIRST PROCUREMENT LAW COURSE IN PANJSHIR EUPOL opened another door to knowledge and legal operating models when EUPOL Anti-Corruption Departments Rule of Law Officer Nesar Omid gave the very first procurement law course in the northeastern province of Panjshir. Most of the procurement officers attending the course at the Panjshir Police Headquarters had no previous knowledge of procurement law. The Panjshir police commander told that this was the first time that the local procurement officers received training on public procurement law. He highly appreciated EUPOL for this worthy and valuable training. Also he would like EUPOL to provide them with more procurement law training especially for procurement officers in the district level. The training was well received by all trainees, and at end of training most of the participants got top scores in the final test.
