THE FORCE OF THE TONGUE The tongue is the rudder of your life, it sets the course and your life generally follows it. With it you permit God into your life, and with it you grant the devil entry. The Judge opens his mouth and whatsoever he utters sends you to the jailhouse or back to civvy street. You became a professional by deliberately listening to words (lectures, courses etc) at the college and institutions. The tongue gets you into a marriage and equally dissolves it! Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. PROVERBS 18:2. In other words, you could tongue yourself out out of death, poverty, failure, barrenness, into life, prosperity, success, and fruitfulness. (Joshua 1:8) “And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the WORD of HIS GRACE, which is able to BUILD YOU UP, and to GIVE YOU an inheritance among all them which are sanctified (Acts 20:32). WORDS constitute the building blocks of our lives. Jesus said, By your WORDS you are justified or condemned - MATTHEW 12:37 Whether you know it or not, you build whatever life you’re living right now with your WORDS. If for any reason, you’re dissatisfied with your present circumstances, you can take charge of your life and steer it away from where it is now to where you want it to be. The Bible tells us that the worlds were framed by the WORD of God (Hebrews 11:3). PROVERBS 10:31 The MOUTH of the just brings forth wisdom: but the froward TONGUE shall be cut out. PROVERBS 12:18 There is that SPEAKS like the piercings of a sword: but the TONGUE of the wise is health. PROVERBS 17:4 A wicked doer gives heed to false LIPS; and a liar gives ear to a naughty TONGUE.
