THE IS KEY TO A SUCCESSFUL CHRISTIAN LIFE IS TO PREPARE EVERY ROOM IN YOUR LIFE FOR JESUS TO DWELL IN... “Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel.” Isaiah 7:14 (NKJV) Prophecies went out about One who would come, and they waited for hundreds of years. Then, the prophecies were fulfilled. As Mary prepared her heart and her life to make room for her son, Let God, prepare your heart and every portion of your life for the arrival of His Son. “And (Mary) brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.” (Luke 2:7, NKJV) So, the Advent King came in straw-lined splendor. God incarnate dressed in a suit of humanity, “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us…” (John 1:14, NKJV). But is there still no “room in the inn”? Where does He go to be cradled today? Which rooms are we willing to make available for Him, in our hearts as believers? Christmas is the celebration of Christ’s birth. But in the hustle and bustle of the season’s preparations, we get bogged down with them and have no room or try to restrict Christmas just to a very small room…but for the true celebration of Christmas; we must allow for Christ’s presence in every part of us. We prepare our homes, but what about our hearts? Do we make every room available for the Manger Babe to come and “lay down His sweet head”? He came…He came for me…He came for you…He came for all of you… Have you anticipated His coming? Have you prepared every room in your life for Him? Some want Him in their heart but not in their marriage, business, private sin rooms, financial rooms, or the many “hidden rooms” that are “secreted” from others in your life…even from the ones we love the most. For Jesus it is every room in your life or no room at all. The choice is always yours…He has made His choice by dying for you, and returning to cleanse and to help you overcome your sinful desires. Now the choice is yours alone every room to Jesus or none at all. “Joy to the world!
