THE JIMMY CENSEBELLA SHOW-8-31-13 Philly the Food Guy Cook N with Booze Caccese Stromboli Ingredients • 1 pound of Natural Juice ham sliced thin • One pound of pizza dough • 12 ounces of shredded mozzarella • 4 ounces of American cheese • 4 table spoons of Romano • 2-3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil • One Stick 5 ounces of Chianti dry sausage • 4 cloves of garlic chopped • One green pepper • ½ cup of flour • Salt and Pepper to taste Process Take dough out of fridge and let raise warm up and expand for 45 minutes in a bowl covered with saran wrap. Slice pepper info ¼ inch julienne slices and sauté in pan with one table spoon of olive oil until half cook 5 minutes put garlic in cook 5 minutes more take off heat and empty on to paper towel to take moisture out . Slice Chianti dry sausage thin When dough becomes twice its size punch down and sprinkle half the flour on clean dry surface roll dough out to be 18 inches by 24 inches place ham salami garlic, peppers and the three cheeses On top of dough rectangle Pre heat oven or grill to 375 Roll up dough tucking ends so ingredients stay in brush pizza pan with oil so it does not stick. Place Caccese Stromboli on pan Then brush dough all around with remaining olive oil. Bake until golden brown 30-45 minutes pending oven Let cool for ten minutes slice and enjoy!!!
