THE KINGDOM IN YOU As a child of God it is your right to live in God’s kingdom. But what and where is His kingdom? Bible says the kingdom of God is ‘within you’. It resides deep inside your core – your DNA. It is your very essence. The kingdom of God is not food, drink or pleasures of the flesh – the things of this world – but it is righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. There are many people who have the wealth of the world, sometimes enormous portions of it but you know what? Most of them have no true satisfaction. Satisfaction in your inner man is what Jesus wants to give you. When things are right on the inside, the outward things don’t matter as much. Yes, you need the outer things to survive and be socially relevant but it will not go out of hand. Some people run into debts to keep up the charade and some loot or commit corrupt activities all in an effort to satisfy that inner need. There is only one way for you to attain lasting satisfaction. Keep your eyes on the true kingdom of God and the rest will be added to you in abundance. Shalom as we go into the last few days of September and into October – the month to experience that which you expect. Pray: 1. Father, I lift my hands up in adoration of Your Holiness 2. Father, things of this world cannot fill the desire for Your Presence in my life – that is why I say glory be to Your Holy Name that will not allow me to stumble. 3. Thank you, Father, for leading me down the right path that I may experience the real kingdom which is within me. 4.
