THE LORD CAN/WILL CAST OFF IF HE DEEMS FIT; BUT NOT FOREVER! HE WILL YET SHOW HIS GOODNESS; BE FAITHFUL!!! I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD. Psalm 27:13,14 NIV I have confidence in faith that no matter what I go through in life, no matter how challenging, no matter how negative, no matter how adverse, I will yet see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living! Therefore, I will wait upon the Lord. He Will Strengthen my heart; that I might wait for Him to Act on my behalf and restore my fullness and my joy!!! For the LORD will not cast off for ever: But though He cause grief, yet will He have compassion according to the multitude of His mercies. For He doth not afflict willingly nor grieve the children of men. Lamentations 3:31-33 KJV Every adversity is known unto God. No leaf falls even from a tree without the Lord Knowing about it. Therefore, anything that happens to man, God has allowed it. However, when the Lord casts one off or causes grief, its for a time; after, He Shows mercy and compassion . The Lord does not willingly nor willfully cause grief or affliction upon mankind. Thank You Lord that You are not a man and that You show mercy in Jesus Name. Amen!!! But the salvation of the righteous is from the LORD; He is their strength in time of trouble. The LORD helps them and delivers them; He delivers them from the wicked and saves them, Because they take refuge in Him. Psalm 37:39,40 NASB Who have I in Heaven but You ... there is nothing on earth I desire besides You ... my heart and my strength, many times they fail ... but there is one truth, that always will prevail ... God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. Amen and Amen! The righteous are saved only of the Lord; He Gives them strength in times of trouble and adversity. God Helps and delivers the righteous from the wicked; because He is their refuge. They rely absolutely on Him as their fortress and refuge in Jesus Name. Amen!!! When Jesus heard what had happened, he withdrew by boat privately to a solitary place. Hearing of this, the crowds followed him on foot from the towns. When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them and healed those who were ill. Matthew 14:13-14 (NIVUK) Jesus Christ was not happy with the beheading of John the Baptist although He must have known it was going to happen because of who He (Jesus Christ) is! He therefore withdrew Himself to a quiet and solitary place to mourn him quietly. When the crowds heard of this, they followed Him en mass. He saw them and yet had compassion on them and ministered to their needs; healing those who were sick amongst them! Merciful God!!! (11) I have become a fool in boasting; you have compelled me. For I ought to have been commended by you; for in nothing was I behind the most eminent apostles, though I am nothing. (12) Truly the signs of an apostle were accomplished among you with all perseverance, in signs and wonders and mighty deeds. (13) For what is it in which you were inferior to other churches, except that I myself was not burdensome to you? Forgive me this wrong! 2 Corinthians 12:11-13 Your lack of appreciation and respect for my work in the Lord within and amongst you has compelled me to act like a fool in boasting about what the Lord Has accomplished through me in your lives! Whereas you ought to commend and appreciate me, you prefer others who have not fared better than I have with you. The only thing that I have not done with you is to make myself a burden unto you. For this, I apologise, I pray you forgive me. Otherwise, the Lord Almighty is Witness between us that I have served you faithfully and in uprightness in Jesus Name.
