THE LOSS OF EFFECTIVENESS BY THOSE SEEKING JUSTICE IN THE POLICE - TopicsExpress

THE LOSS OF EFFECTIVENESS BY THOSE SEEKING JUSTICE IN THE POLICE SHOOTINGS. Why this crusade in the Michael Brown case while choosing to ignore the Tamir Rice case? Based on my experience, which is extensive, I would put the odds on any prosecutor with a reasonable jury wining the Brown Case as 30-1 against such a win based on the considerable evidence that I have seen posted. Also the matter of Browns reputation would not win much sympathy from any jury. On the other hand, from the evidence posted on the web, I believe a good prosecutor would have very good odds on winning the Rice case even though a good D attorney would be representing the Defendant. Yet all the clamor and notoriety that keeps appearing is about Brown. There should be a gain of sympathy for the loss of a young kid just playing in the park! To get the public envolved and clamoring for justice MOST ALL of the complaining SHOULD be about Rice. The Rice case SHOULD be in the forefront of the cause. Using common sense requires a little thought if you want to be effective in your quest.
