When Virginia Lennart receives her million dollars, she closes the hamburger diner she owns in Keokuk, Iowa and travels with her friend, Emmy, through Europe where she finds romance in Rome with an Italian count. She mentions Keokuk around the 19:00 mark in the video. A very young Betty White plays the role of Virginia Lennart. I dont think it was a real person and definitely wasnt filmed in Keokuk, but still pretty cool that of all the places on Earth they could have chosen, they chose Keokuk.
