" THE NEW KENYAN CONSTITUTION OF 2013 TRUTH HIDDEN BUT SEEN " Kenyans people should thank God for his wonderful truth in the Country which was hidden by the Corrupt former Presidents and their supporters in every parties they belonged to. I first of all thank the Experts Commissioners who drafted the present Constitution plus Pal Ghai who started the new Constitution in the Country. May God bless you all for drafting the laws which you too did not know the hidden agenda in them.Kenya is Kenya to remain and leaders are to be there and go.All Kenyans learnt friends with all types of Degrees of any form from PhD, Professors, Masters, Political Sciences and so on, then relious Bishops, Shekhs and local people should take their Note Books and pens and write What I Peter L.Akhonya am going to reveal to all Kenyans to be free from frustrations of the leaders who think they have powers to mislead the Kenyans people.Kenya had eight Provinces (8) of which in Swahili language is called Majimbo, but many people did not want the name MAJIMBO to be mentioned or to be heard, but they were there namely (1) Western Kenya (Kakamega) (2) Nyanza (Kisumu) (3) Rift Valley ( Nakuru) (4) Coast (Mombasa) (5) Eastern (Machakos) (6) Central (Kiambu) (7) North Eastern (Mandera) (8) Nairobi (The Capital of Kenya).Those are Majimbo in Swahili language of which some Kenyans does not want to hear up to now because they were in tribes which had to hide in the name of Unity but at their backs you could see heavy bag of tribalism, impunity surrounding them.Now the big miracles God did in the 2013 New Constitution was to Create fourty seven (47) Majimbo in a Complicated way whiich those who were against the Majimbo are put in to accept them. Therefore the Jubilee Government does not know that there is no powers in the Central Government as it used to be when the 47 Majimbos were not there.Why? Because the 47 Majimbos were elected by the Majimbo people and have a Governor and Speaker of the Area. You can call it Devolution Government in the Counties.Remember the Governors are not appointies of the Central Government or selected by people from out side of the Jimbo but elected by votes of the people in the area.Then you come to another House called Senate also elected by the people of that Jimbo to represent them in the Higher House of Parliament.Now the normal Kenyan with brain and good minds should work with their Governors and Senators in their areas but not to waste time in Central Government.The Central Government should not interfere with Counties which were elected by its people. Those people elected by votes have got their duties differently from the other. The powerful Government is the one on the grassroot and are Governors and Senators. Members of Parliament should be very careful with Governors who are on the grassroot where they get votes. Counties are now the powerful Government in the Country.The 47 Governors can take President to Court in any mess up. Now their tribalism they wanted has come even in their Jimbos.The eight Majimbo were threate to them but now what will they take 47 Majimbos which are inside their homes? That is my revelation to Kenyans to be free with their Majimbo which are now open.Jubilee and its followers are still sleeping in the old Constitution which is now roting.Uhuru and Ruto with their team think more members in Jubilee will do something bigger in the Country but forgeting that Counties have taken all powers to Govern their area where all those members are in their Jimbos too. Where is the cleverness? (SSR).
