THE OKPONI MAN’S SNAKE Read Hebrews 12:25-29 I should reiterate here that your inexplicable problems are caused by your indulgence in sinfulness. As long as you bid farewell to sinfulness, you are freed and saved. One of our sisters in this kingdom vowed that she could not succumb to the love advances by a certain Okponi Member. The Okponi member was astonished to hear such a thing from that woman. Hence he told the woman openly that he would harm for her blunt refusal of this love advances. he sister told him that no matter what he did, that man could not harm her. The man then commanded a big snake to wait for the sister at the threshold of her house. When the woman returned from work the following day, she met a mighty big snake at her door post and there was power failure that night. All she did was to thank the Father for having visited her as a snake. And there after she asked the snake to allow her to get into the room. At that moment, the snake departed from her door post and disappeared. When the woman came out again, she discovered that the snake was not there and she wondered where the snake must have crawled to. The gist of the story is that the snake went to the house of the Okponi’s man who originally conjured it, and waited for his wife. the wife to the Okponi man arrived from the bathroom, the mighty snake which was waiting for her crawled all over her body and wound itself around her and remained there. This thing was so severe that if any attempt was made to kill the snake, the woman too would have been killed. As such the people did not know what to do. The sister whom the snake was meant for had forgotten her bunch of keys in the office and so she went to the office to pick up the bunch of keys. On her way back from her office she saw what had happened to the wife of the Okponi’s man and so she decided to rescue the woman. She only made a pronouncement and the snake left the woman. Sequel to what the Sister did, the Okponi’s man openly testified that she had a greater and more powerful God than he has. Therefore those who wish to be Brotherhood members in actual sense have to adhere to the dictates of the Holy Spirit. But not sitting on the fence and having one of your legs in the kingdom and the other outside the kingdom. In fact there is nothing in existence apart from the Holy Spirit. That is why as many as are obedient to the Holy Spirit are greater than the world. One of our sister had testified once that she had an intention of seducing a particular wealthy man. But when she attended a service with the Father and heard the Father’s sermon she had to kill the lust in her. The Father is the sole owner of all things. Whatsoever belongs to Him equally belongs to His children. Therefore you do not need to scramble for anything and you should not enslave yourself to anything. The reason why you are thrown you into darkness is that you think you can deceive God as Ananias and Sapphira did.
